An estimated delivery time is indicated for each item on the product page. After completing the order process, you will receive either a call (if you have provided a telephone number) or an email within the specified time period to arrange a delivery appointment.
How delivery works
- Our delivery is free of charge.
- In some areas additional delivery charges may apply. This will be addressed when we contact you prior to delivery.
- The goods are delivered on a pallet (example image below). Your garden house is unloaded from the truck using a pallet truck.
- The driver can try to move the pallet as far as possible while taking safety regulations into account. We cannot guarantee delivery beyond the curb.
- Unpacking and carrying the individual components is not the driver's responsibility and is the customer's responsibility
- Delivery can be any time between 8am and 6pm (therefore please do not arrange for installation on the same day as delivery);
- The order is delivered on a pallet – the delivery is moved with a pallet truck and where the driver can take it is down to the driver’s discretion (although they are usually very helpful). The pallet truck cannot take the pallet through a house, over grass or gravel, or up/down steps for example;
- Delivery is contactless and so the driver cannot take the shed off the pallet and move it for you.
